1. This Merchant or Wholesaler Policy is part of the Terms of Service for our e-commerce B2B multi-vendor website (the "Lowestin.com Platform"). It applies to all merchants and wholesalers (each a "Seller") who sell wholesale products in Bangladesh to targeted buyers. By using the Lowestin platform as a seller, you agree to be bound by these policies and terms of service. 2. The Lowestin platform is a business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce multi-vendor wholesale site. We only welcome manufacturers, producers, generators and importers to sell their wholesale products in Bangladesh through the Lowestin platform. If you are a retailer, you are not allowed on this site.
3. As a seller, you must create accurate and up-to-date product listings on the site and keep reasonable prices in line with the market. You need to include all relevant information about the product you are selling.see more below:

7. Your product listing must display a clear return and refund policy in favour of the buyer. All of Lowestin's policies will apply to your return and refund policy and must comply with all applicable laws and treat customers fairly. You must process the return and issue the refund in accordance with your return and refund policy.
8. Lowestin will keep a maximum commission of 5% per sale for paying warehouse facilities, supervision costs, affiliate commissions, digital and manual marketing and other expenses of your wholesale products in Bangladesh. Lowestin will not charge any additional fees.
9. It is your responsibility to provide customer support for selling wholesale products in Bangladesh on this site. You must respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. You must respect the intellectual property rights of others and must not list any products on the Site that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. If you become aware of any intellectual property infringement on the Site, you must report it to us immediately.
11. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances in connection with your use of the Lowestin Platform and the sale of your Wholesale Products in Bangladesh.
12. We reserve the right to terminate your use of this Wholesale Platform at any time for violation of Lowestin's laws. If we terminate your use of the Site, you may no longer be able to sell your wholesale products in Bangladesh through the Lowestin Platform.

20. When the order is successfully delivered, merchants can request a withdrawal from the dashboard. Merchants can submit a minimum withdrawal request of Tk.5000
21. Withdrawal money will be sent to the seller through bank transfer, check, and mobile banking. In that case, the online charge will be borne by the seller.
22. You may use subcontractors or third-party services to assist you in selling your wholesale products in Bangladesh through this Site, but you will be responsible for the performance of these subcontractors and third-party services..
23. You must keep confidential any confidential information received from us or customers in connection with your use of the Site. This includes but is not limited to financial information and personal information.
24. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of the Site or the sale of your wholesale products in Bangladesh.
