How to Process
- Sign in to your Lowestin account and select My Orders.
- Go to your orders to display your recent orders.
- Choose product order and select Return or Exchange items.
- Select the item you want to return, exchange or cancel and explain the reason for the return.
- Fill in the return form. This form will display the order page in your account.
- You will see submit a return request button.
- The lowestin sellers will review your requests and respond within two to five days before returning or exchanging you.
- To ensure the correct product is returned/exchanged, do not include multiple order or shipment items in the same box.
- If the request is approved, add a return label to send the product to the Return Center and safely pack your item following the instructions.
- Securely pack and return your Lowestin parcel, including the original and intact manufacturer’s packaging and package labels supplied to you.
- You can view the return, refund, or exchange status of your order via email or by selecting the status of your order in your account.

Conditions For Returns
- The product must be unused, intact, unwashed, and without any defects that were not supplied from the lowestin.com If the product is returned to us on insufficient terms, we reserve the right to return it to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty card, original fabric, unused and the quality and accessories that were sent from the lowestin.com.
- The product must be returned to the original and unchanged manufacturer’s packaging/box.
- If your product is damaged, breakage, or add error during delivery please fill request return products from lowestin site within 7 days.
