4.The customer shall bear the cost of returning the item to Lowestin for exchange.
5.The merchant will not bear the cost of shipping the new item back to the customer.
6.If the new item being requested is of a different price than the original item, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
7. Exchanges are only available for items of equal or lesser value If the item you want to exchange is worth more, you can place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
8.If the customer chooses to return the exchange item with the next purchase, the value of the product will be added to the customer’s wallet which can be used for future purchases.
9. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
10.If the item being exchanged is defective or was received in damaged condition, the company will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange.
11.If the item being exchanged is no longer available, the customer will have the option to choose a different item or receive a store credit.
12.The merchant reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
