8. By ordering from a merchant on lowestin.com, you agree to our return policy.
9. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product for repayment.
10.Refunds will not be issued for items altered, modified, washed or dry-cleaned by the customer.
11.Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used or worn.
12.If the item was purchased using a discount code or special offer, the refund will be made minus the amount of the discount given.
13.If the item was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be issued in the form of a new gift card.
